Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and data management. The successful applicant will be responsible for handling customer interactions, processing information accurately, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Duties

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to established phone etiquette.
  • Perform accurate data entry to update and maintain customer records within our database systems.
  • Assist customers by providing information about products and services, identifying their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Utilise analysis skills to understand customer feedback and identify opportunities for upselling relevant products or services.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (bilingual/multilingual capability) to serve a diverse client base.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to ensure clarity and understanding during all interactions.
  • Support team efforts by sharing insights, providing assistance with enquiries, and contributing to a positive working environment.

Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all records.
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are highly desirable, facilitating communication with a broader customer demographic.
  • Excellent phone etiquette coupled with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data, feedback, and sales opportunities effectively.
  • Ability to upsell products or services tactfully while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Organised with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
