Role: Treasury Projects Analyst
Ebury London Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week
Reporting to: Group Head of Treasury Projects and Systems
This position is crucial to the business's ongoing transformation and success. The Treasury Projects Team is a key function dedicated to ensuring that projects are completed successfully and promptly, while managing key project requirements, allocating resources, and maintaining visibility across the business. As a Treasury Projects Analyst, you will work within this team, interacting constantly with various business stakeholders, including the product team, corporate development, and Treasury's multiple verticals (cash management, reporting, and reconciliations teams).
Your Responsibilities:
- Project leadership: Support and lead end-to-end treasury projects, focusing on the implementation, enhancement, or integration in the different company systems.
- Process optimization: Analyse existing treasury workflows and proactively recommend solutions designed to drive efficiency, improve internal controls, and enhance financial reporting.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate extensively with internal teams (Product, Treasury Verticals) and manage interactions with key external partners (banks, TMS vendors) to support project deliverables.
- Project delivery: Identify the impacts across the business and allocate the right priority, visibility, and resources to each project to ensure successful completion.
About You:
- We are looking for an individual with drive and passion who is eager to make an immediate impact at Ebury.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years working in a similar role or analyst role.
- Experience within Banking or FinTech is preferred
- Education: A Background in Finance or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Diligent, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.
- Technical Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Strong, clear communication skills and the ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships. Proven capability to be proactive, work within strict time frames, and deliver results under pressure. Excellent organisational skills are required for this role: ability to efficiently manage time, tasks, and resources.
