HR Generalist

Tasks And Qualifications
Employee Relations:

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees.
• Manage employee relations issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Act as a key communication link between employees and leadership.

Supporting The Global OCTR Process Locally

• Drive local implementation of the Global OCTR process.
• Support annual pay and bonus reviews across UK, Ireland, and Denmark.
• Promote effective use of performance management systems.
• Identify opportunities to upskill leaders and enhance team capability.

Organisational Development

• Lead organisational change and growth initiatives.
• Facilitate engagement activities, workshops, and team development.
• Identify and address talent gaps and learning needs.

Compliance And Risk Management

• Ensure HR policies are compliant with local legislation and updated regularly.
• Manage labour relations and mandatory negotiations.
• Coordinate audits and mitigate HR-related risks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of UK, Irish and Nordic labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
