London, Greater London, United Kingdom Signal AI Full time £45,000 - £65,000 per year

We're on a mission to change the way businesses make decisions with our cutting-edge AI technology. To achieve that, we're looking for passionate people to join our open and unconventional workplace. Our inclusive environment welcomes skills and experiences from diverse backgrounds, and defines who we are.

About the role - What's your purpose?

Signal AI, the A.I.-powered platform for corporate reputation and risk intelligence, is seeking a Salesforce administrator to join our high-impact Revenue Operations team. This is a critical role at the heart of our commercial systems—ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

As the go-to expert for all commercial systems and a key contributor for teams in London and New York, you'll be responsible for ensuring our go-to-market (GTM) teams are empowered with the right tools, processes, and data to succeed. From optimising lead management to supporting reporting needs and improving our Salesforce and integrated platform setups, you'll be instrumental in turning commercial strategy into actionable, system-driven outcomes.

This role combines technical acumen with cross-functional collaboration, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic, AI-led business at the forefront of innovation in reputation intelligence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities - What you will be doing:

Salesforce Platform Management & Maintenance:

  • Own the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Salesforce instance, ensuring optimal system performance, usability, and alignment with business goals

  • Manage current automation flows, troubleshoot errors, and implement system optimizations to enhance user experience

  • Monitor system health, perform regular data quality audits, and implement preventive maintenance procedures

  • Handle case queue management and serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce system queries from commercial teams

Systems Integration & Administration:

  • Manage and maintain integrations with critical commercial tools including Apollo (lead enrichment), Pardot (marketing automation), LeanData (lead routing)

  • Troubleshoot integration issues, coordinate with vendor support teams, and ensure seamless data flow between platforms

Commercial Team Support & Process Optimization:

  • Provide operational support to the US commercial team (and global team when necessary), helping them structure and process deals in Salesforce and our quoting tool (DealHub)

  • Enhance and manage the lead management & enrichment process, including configuring and optimising lead routing with LeanData and lead enrichment with Apollo

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and improve system-driven elements of marketing campaigns and programs

Who are we looking for?

  • Technical Systems Proficiency – Hands-on experience with Salesforce and ideally tools like Pardot and LeanData, with a solid understanding of how to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset – Able to think critically and troubleshoot complex technical issues, with a keen eye for process improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to working with commercial stakeholders across sales and marketing.

  • Autonomy & Accountability – Comfortable owning your remit, managing competing priorities independently, and driving projects through to completion with minimal oversight.

Must-have skills:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification

  • Experience with a marketing automation tool (Pardot, Hubspot…)
