Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and have experience in various medical fields. This role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of health issues, providing preventative care, and managing chronic conditions. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to diagnose medical conditions.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Provide guidance on public health issues and promote healthy lifestyle choices among patients.
- Engage in clinical research to enhance medical knowledge and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with nursing home staff to deliver comprehensive senior care, including hospice and home care services.
- Utilise medical imaging techniques as necessary for accurate diagnosis.
- Maintain detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated on advancements in medical practices, particularly in areas such as ICU experience and anatomy knowledge.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution and valid medical licence to practice.
- Proven experience in patient care, with a strong emphasis on clinical research and public health initiatives.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and familiarity with medical imaging technologies.
- Previous experience working in nursing homes or providing senior care is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing patient records and treatment plans.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of current medical practices.
