Your role as Regional Manager

You'll lead a network of established Care Home Managers across Worcestershire, ensuring every home delivers exceptional care and outstanding experiences for residents.

This is a strategic leadership role where you'll:

  • Drive growth and performance across your region, achieving high occupancy and operational excellence.
  • Champion compliance and quality, ensuring we exceed regulatory standards and company expectations.
  • Empower and inspire teams, supporting recruitment, training, and development to build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Forge strong partnerships with local authorities and stakeholders, strengthening our reputation as a trusted care provider.
  • Monitor budgets and KPIs, ensuring sustainable success and future readiness.

What we're looking for

  • Proven senior management experience in the Care Home sector.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills with a passion for innovation.
  • Ideally qualified to NVQ/QCF Level 5 (or equivalent).
  • A full, valid driver's licence.
  • Flexibility to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota.
