Purpose Summary
You will be making outbound calls to construction professionals, Architects, Engineers, Design Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers and Project Managers with the aim of increasing our client's specification/enquiry/quotation rates.
Working with a portfolio of high-profile building material providers/manufacturers, targeting residential and commercial projects ranging from £1m to £500m.
The key areas of responsibilities for an Account Manager include:
- Making outbound calls
- Generating an opportunity for our clients to submit a specification/quotation on a live project.
- Generate CPD presentations for our clients.
Essential Skills

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong telephone manner

- Good attention to detail/accuracy
- Computer Literate
Desirable
- Good investigative skills and ability to resolve problems.
- Previous telemarketing or lead generation experience
- Knowledge of the construction process

Principal Responsibilities
- Outbound calls to construction professionals, to promote the key features and benefits of our Clients products.
- Ensure our CRM database is updated and managed efficiently
- Gather decision makers information and verify project details
- Send Introductory emails and case studies.
- Record daily results and KPI's
- Overcome objections
- Process appointments/enquiries/CPDs.
