We have a fantastic opportunity for a Complex Liability Regional Director in North England.
A rare opportunity has risen to welcome new talent to the team for the key role of Complex Liability Regional Director. Working closely with the Head of Complex Liability and other Regional Director, you'll be actively involved in shaping the strategy of the Complex Liability team and interfacing with both existing and prospective clients at the most senior level.

With responsibility for all aspects of service delivery, financial performance, digital deployment and operational/product growth, a technical background and previous exposure to complex liability are not essential. Instead we're looking for someone with a proven track record in leading, shaping and developing a highly successful team. You'll play an active role in collating and interpreting data to identify areas of focus and skills gaps, then work with colleagues to ensure objectives are achieved, and their development needs are addressed so that we continue to deliver the superb service our clients expect from us.
