Key Requirements:
Minimum 6+ years of Desktop/Deskside Support experience
Ability to travel to remote sites when required
Strong hands-on support for desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers & AV equipment
Software installation, troubleshooting & OS imaging/re-imaging
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to diagnose complex hardware/software issues
Ability to work independently while meeting SLAs
Technical Skills:
Windows 10/11, Office 365, Teams, Google Suite
Azure, Intune, Active Directory (users, groups, policies)
Basic LAN & networking knowledge
Smart Hands support (onsite/remote)
Mobile device support (enrollment, OS updates, DFU)
Video conferencing & AV support
Routine tech health checks & system maintenance
Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd line IT support across end-user devices
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents & service requests
Perform hardware repairs, replacements & asset inventory
Provide user support, training and regular ticket updates
Support remote office locations when needed
Handle software issues, OS deployments & system administration tasks
Maintain high customer satisfaction with timely communication
Work in both BAU and project-based environments
