We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our team.

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will be instrumental in supporting business areas with a combined employee population of Your main purpose is to enable the business and its teams to achieve their goals through the delivery of expert HR advice, support, problem-solving, and strategic initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as an experienced HR Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you'll bring to the role

As an experienced HR professional, you'll have/be:

  • Significant experience of providing HR support on complex casework is essential

  • Sound judgement underpinned by detailed knowledge and practical experience of employment law and best practice is essential

  • Strong listening and communication (verbal/written) skills

  • Able to establish and maintain strong relationships, and work effectively at all levels of the organisation

  • Able to take on new information and quickly establish credibility

  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities and competing priorities effectively

  • Self-sufficient and proactive in identifying opportunities to drive us forward
