Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to lead in a dynamic, guest-focused environment? The Glasgow Marriott Hotel is looking for a motivated Restaurant & Dinner Service Supervisor to oversee our evening restaurant service.

While our F&B Supervisors rotate across Breakfast, Bar, Room Service, and the Executive Lounge, this position is primarily based in the restaurant during dinner service, taking ownership of the guest experience and driving team performance during peak service hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the evening restaurant service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Motivate, train, and support team members to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Drive upselling initiatives and revenue targets during dinner service
  • Monitor and improve service quality and operational efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
  • Support with shift handovers and daily operational reports
  • Cover Person on Duty shifts as needed

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a hands-on, commercially aware supervisor with previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality leadership role.

  • Holder of a Personal License (preferred, not essential)
