Summary

We re looking for passonate and talented Massage Therapists, Beauticians (including facials), and Nail Technicians to join our growing team.

You ll deliver luxury treatments to private clients, hotel guests, and high-end brand events with the opportunity to gain exposure to celebrity and VIP clientele through our exclusive partnerships.

Must haves and responsibilities

• Must live in London
• A minimum of two years mobile experience
• Manage daily operations at the London location, ensuring smooth scheduling and service delivery.
• Self-employed with own professional equipment and products
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
• Support guest services by creating a welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client satisfaction.
• Full indemnity insurance

Qualifications

• Qualified (Level 2/3)
• Proven experience in customer service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Ability to coordinate multiple appointments efficiently.
• Professional demeanor with a passion for wellness and beauty.
