About The Job

Our highly regarded and recognised law firm who are in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners are seeking to have an experienced conveyancing and property paralegal join their reputable and collaborative team. This is an amazing opportunity for individuals with experience in conveyancing and property looking to grow and work with our leading law firm.

Key responsibilities

  • Preparing and issuing fee notes/invoices to clients.
  • Drafting and generating bills ensuring they are sent promptly.
  • Managing key dates/deadlines using internal diary systems.
  • Monitoring accounts/liaising with accounts department to track payments/balances.
  • Ordering/reviewing conveyancing searches.

What they're looking for

  • Microsoft Office experience and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • 1 year or more experience of residential conveyancing or property.
  • Work independently taking ownership ensuring tasks are accurately and efficiently completed.
  • Possess strong verbal, written and communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently and professionally with clients and colleagues.
