We're seeking a talented Sales Executive to join a thriving commercial team in Worthing. You don't need previous insurance experience - what matters most is your sales success, your ability to build relationships, and your passion for helping businesses find the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and secure new business.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and community activities to promote the business.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is up to date and compliant.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve branch and personal performance goals.

Essential Skillset

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building ability and a consultative approach to selling.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Confident with networking and developing business opportunities.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a professional services environment.
