We are looking for a creative, driven, and adaptable Videographer & Editor to join
our growing content team. You will be responsible for capturing, producing, and
editing compelling video content that tells our story across platforms, from social
media and YouTube to our website and editorial channels.

Key Responsibilities:
● Capture high-quality footage of live events, sports matches, interviews, and
scripted content for podcasts and TV broadcasts.
● Create engaging video content for social media (YouTube, Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), aligned with campaign strategies and brand
guidelines.
● Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise video projects that
resonate with campaign goals and brand vision.
● Direct on-set activities, guiding talent and a small crew to ensure seamless
execution of the creative vision.
● Oversee casting, location scouting, and set design to maintain production
quality and alignment with the creative concept.
● Present concepts, storyboards, and rough cuts to clients, incorporating
feedback and refining the content to meet expectations.
● Conduct thorough quality checks on all deliverables, including colour
grading, sound design, and visual effects.
● Identify and coordinate with external vendors and freelancers to enhance
video production efforts as needed.
Key Requirements:
● Proven ability to deliver hands-on production, including directing,
self-shooting, editing, sound design, and colour grading to create
high-quality content.
● Expertise in managing the full production process, overseeing every stage
from pre-production planning to final delivery.
● Proficiency in video production software, including Premiere Pro, After
Effects.
● Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple
projects and meet deadlines.
● Flexibility to travel as needed for on-location shoots.
● Strong creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to
challenges.
● Passion for storytelling and content creation, with a keen eye for detail.
