We continue to draw on the traditional clothing techniques and expertise of the Nottingham area where the company was founded back in 1860. We also have offices in London, where the marketing, online and wholesale team reside.

We have always been innovators, with a history of introducing new garments and developing our own unique fabrics. Today we draw on our rich heritage to create clothes that are both timeless and modern.

Wholesale Key Account Manager (London)

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Wholesale Key Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our international growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join our business during a period of strategic expansion, working with leading global retailers and brand partners to strengthen our market presence and accelerate performance.

About the Role

As Wholesale Key Account Manager, you'll support the development and execution of our international distribution strategy through wholesale business development, retail expansion, and strategic partnerships. You'll take ownership of identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, analysing sales performance, and building strong long-term relationships with partners to maximise brand exposure and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key buyers and partners across global markets.
  • Implement strategies to increase brand revenue and awareness across wholesale and retail channels.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential partners that align with the brand's positioning.
  • Drive sales performance through effective communication, training, sales incentives, activations, and reorders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports and strategy updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Attend trade shows and undertake market visits to support business development and maintain strong partner relationships.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the wholesale industry with a proven track record of developing and managing key accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and confidence in interpreting sales data.
  • Commercially minded, target-driven, and experienced in delivering business growth.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Passionate about retail and delivering excellence to customers.

This is a full time, onsite role based in our London, Marylebone offices.
