Bison Solicitors is a well-established mental health firm practicing throughout central and southern England. We have built a national reputation in mental health legal practice and are continuing to expand our Court of Protection practice.

We are now looking to recruit paralegals, to be based at any of our offices in St Albans, Manchester, Bristol, Hampshire or to work from home arrangement for suitable candidates to assist and support our fee-earners in Court of Protection matters, with responsibilities including:
· Office administration e.g. diary management, minuting meetings;
· Preparing/updating court bundles;
· Drafting correspondence/court documents with supervision;
· Legal research;
· Applications to the Legal Aid Agency;
· Liaising with clients/the court/other parties on behalf of fee-earners as needed.
Applicants must have the relevant legal degrees, trainings and have strong organisational together with excellent IT ability, excellent oral and written communication skills, be self-motivated and enthusiastic, and able to work co-operatively within a team.
