About Us

AQ Sales is a growing customer acquisition and direct marketing company based in Leeds City Centre. We work alongside recognised charity and energy brands to help increase customer engagement through structured residential outreach across local communities.

The Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and confident Sales Assistants to join our Leeds team. This is a face-to-face, field-based residential role, where you will engage with residents in allocated neighbourhoods, providing clear information about charity and/or energy campaigns and supporting them through relevant sign-up or registration steps.

This role focuses solely on residential community interaction and does not involve events, in-store work, or retail-based promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visiting designated residential areas each day as part of the field team
  • Starting friendly, informative conversations with residents
  • Providing accurate information about charity and/or energy services
  • Responding to customer questions and helping them understand available options
  • Recording interest levels and completing sign-ups where appropriate
  • Meeting daily and weekly team activity targets
  • Presenting AQ Sales and our partner brands in a professional and positive manner

About You

No previous sales experience is required — full training is provided. You'll thrive in this role if you:

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work full time in the UK
  • This is an in-person, field-based residential role
  • Comfortable engaging with members of the public in local neighbourhoods
