The Non-Residential EFL Teacher is responsible for delivering 20 hours of engaging English

care and limited supervision duties. This role is ideal for teachers who are enthusiastic,
flexible, and passionate about working with international learners in a short-course context.
Qualifications & Experience
A recognised ELT qualification (CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, DELTA, or equivalent).
University degree (essential).
Experience teaching English to young learners or teenagers, ideally in a summer school
or short-course context.
Awareness of safeguarding and pastoral care responsibilities.
Key Skills & Attributes
Enthusiastic, student-centred approach to teaching.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and intercultural awareness.
Reliable, organised, and able to work flexibly.
Commitment to student safety and wellbeing.
Working Conditions
30 hours per week: 20 teaching + 10 pastoral/supervisory duties.
Non-residential role: candidates must arrange their own accommodation and travel.
Some evening or weekend work may be required as part of the rota.
