To be successful as a ServiceNow Product Manager, you should have experience with:
- Experienced Product Owner or Manager for a SaaS or Enterprise Platform with 3-5 years' experience operating at this level. Full accountability for budgeting, forecasting and operating and change costs.
- Experience in a GRC/Risk and Control or Chief Security organisational and strong experience of working in regulated firm.
- Ability to manage key aspects of a Product team - roadmap creation, demand management, stakeholder management.
Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include
- Case Management experience of servicenow modules or similar SaaS platform.
- Strong Release Management expertise, ideally using modern pipeline tooling and frameworks.
- Scrum Master/Agile trained and operationally experienced.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Glasgow.
