Our client is a reputable international law firm recently recognised in AI Innovation & Women in Business Awards, they are now looking for a strategic & collaborative Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their growing team in their London offices on a permanent basis
The main responsibilities for the Graduate Recruitment Advisor will be to work collaboratively with the London Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager and the wider team, to establish and develop their Trainee recruitment offering.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional working within a legal environment with exposure to Early Careers, who's now looking to progress within their career.
KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Supporting with managing the end to end process for the firms Trainee recruitment programmes
- With the assistance of Managers, developing and overseeing the Trainee recruitment programmes from inception to implementation with the aim to enhance the social mobility of the Firm's graduate talent pipeline.
- Working under the supervision of Managers, ownering the attraction and selection processes, providing pastoral and development support to the Trainee cohort.
- Working closely with the Managers and the Inclusion and Diversity Team ensuring best practice methods which align to the inclusion and diversity strategy.
- Supporting the Graduate Recruitment team on all aspects of seat rotation and the graduate recruitment cycle, as and when required
- Ensuring that Trainee recruitment activities and initiatives are aligned to the Inclusion & Diversity strategy of the Firm and that it is embedded in all processes while supporting implementation of innovative strategies to attract diverse candidates.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Graduate Recruitment Partner, Graduate Recruitment Panel, Trainees, Associates, and key business professional teams.
The Graduate Recruitment Advisor will have previous experience in Graduate Recruitment, within a law firm. Along with possessing a flexible approach to meet current and future business needs. It will be essential to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and organisational skills with the ability to quickly understand the Firm's policies and procedures. The right candidate will have the ability to plan, schedule and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives, possess a strong client service ethos and delivery focus and demonstrate the ability to build rapport at all levels. The Graduate Recruitment Advisor will have good knowledge of relevant IT systems, implement a collaborative approach, and effectively work with others to achieve team success.
