Transformation Lead/Principal Consultant - London (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week onsite) Inside IR35 - £900 per day - ASAP (no later than 17th November 2025)

We're seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to join a major technology transformation programme within the aviation and travel sector. The initiative is already underway and requires a senior consulting professional to provide structure, alignment, and momentum across multiple delivery teams and senior stakeholders.

This position sits at the heart of a high-visibility transformation, acting as the key link between client leadership, delivery partners, and the wider enterprise programme. The role is strategic and influence-led rather than operational ideal for someone confident driving cultural, organisational, and process change at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder sessions to align priorities and shape the transformation direction
  • Define, embed, and champion new operating models and ways of working across business and technology functions
  • Act as the bridge between leadership teams and delivery, ensuring consistent alignment and communication
  • Oversee programme-level progress without directly managing delivery artefacts or dependency tracking
  • Drive cultural and organisational change, supporting leadership through the transition to new structures and behaviours
  • Influence strategy and ensure cross-functional teams remain focused on overarching programme objectives
  • Provide clarity and structure within a fast-moving, high-pressure transformation environment

About You

  • Proven track record as a Transformation Lead, Senior Consulting Manager, or Organisational Change Leader within large-scale technology or digital programmes
  • Strong background in enterprise transformation across complex or regulated environments
  • Highly skilled in stakeholder engagement and able to influence senior leadership and executive sponsors
  • Confident facilitator with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic, pragmatic, and able to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced settings
  • Experience working with or within consulting and delivery-focused organisations
