(Role 2) - Saturday (8.30am - 2pm), (8.30am - 5pm) Alternating

Due to the retirement of one of our valued reception team members, we are seeking a motivated, bright, and articulate individual to join our expanding team as a Dental Receptionist / Dental Nurse. Are you experienced in the dental world either as a nurse or receptionist, then come join us at Oak Lodge Dental in Liphook, where our team are at the heart of everything we do. We want our staff to look forward to coming to work and feel motivated to provide a gold standard patient experience. Your contribution will be paramount as you will be the key link between patient and clinician and will be crucial to the ongoing success and development of our expanding practice. There will be very occasional nursing cover but this position will mainly focus on reception.

The reception team are responsible for a huge part of the patient journey. As first point of contact you will be providing a first-class patient experience either over the phone or in person - your positive input and top rate customer service is crucial.

Managing a very busy reception, you will be responsible for arranging appointments and taking care of all communication with patients by telephone, email, and letter,

You will also be involved in supporting other administration processes ensuring monthly reporting is completed and will take control of stock ordering for the front of house sales.

You will be able to identify potential opportunities for introducing other procedures or treatments offered within the practice to our patients.

Dental experience Reception/Dental Nursing.
