Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Renewable Energy

London Bridge

Salary:
£25,000 + Commission (realistic first year £35k–£50k)

A renewable energy recruitment firm based near London Bridge is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. The company launched in 2023 and has scaled quickly, now sitting at 13 people with plans to continue building throughout the year.

You'll be working with a founder who has a strong track record in the industry, so the training and expectations are clear, structured and based on what actually works in today's market.
