Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role based in Pontyclun. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Additional responsibilities include managing bar inventory, providing excellent customer service, assisting with menu recommendations, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests. Success in this role requires a strong focus on maintaining guest satisfaction and working collaboratively with team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in mixology, beverage preparation, and understanding of drink recipes
• Customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Teamwork, time management, and the ability to perform under pressure during busy hours
• Knowledge of bar inventory management, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
• Previous bartending experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Experience in hospitality or the food and beverage industry is a plus
