The Avison Young Industrial team are currently recruiting for an Associate/Associate Director to assist predominantly with lettings/sales and acquisition of industrial property and land. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team.

• Inspecting buildings throughout London and the South East, reporting on disposal/acquisition options and strategy for a mixture of Occupiers/Developers/Investors
• Implementing marketing plans
• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating Heads of Terms
• Carrying out Development Appraisals/Viability Assessments
• Undertaking Business development to identify and secure new instructions

The above list summarises main responsibilities but is not exhaustive of the duties required.

• Knowledge of the industrial market and main developers/investors in the South East (advantageous not essential)
• Knowledge of sales and lettings
• Excellent communication and client interfacing skills
• Proven ability to work as part of a team
• Highly motivated and ambitious to succeed
• IT literate
