Job Title: Line Cook Job Summary: Join our culinary team as a Line Cook and play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently served to our guests. Responsibilities: - Assist in food preparation and cooking activities under the guidance of the Head Chef - Follow recipes and presentation specifications to meet quality standards - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices - Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient operations - Support inventory management and control food costs as directed - Assist in monitoring kitchen equipment and report any issues promptly Experience: - Prior experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred - Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food handling procedures - Understanding of kitchen operations and familiarity with various cooking methods - Ability to work well in a team setting and follow instructions effectively - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Experience with menu items preparation is a plus Join our team as a Line Cook and contribute to creating delightful culinary offerings for our guests.
