The Role

As a Front of House Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of daily operations. You'll support smooth service, motivate the team, and make sure every customer leaves happy. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team during shifts
  • Organise daily tasks and delegate effectively
  • Deliver warm, friendly, and professional customer service
  • Manage in-store, takeaway, and delivery orders accurately
  • Keep service running smoothly during busy periods
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Be a go-to problem solver when things get busy

What We're Looking For

  • A positive, proactive attitude with strong leadership skills
  • Confidence working under pressure in a busy environment
  • Great communication and time management
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm during peak times
  • Flexible availability (evenings & weekends included)
  • A team player who can also take initiative independently

Experience in hospitality or retail leadership is a must

Pay & Perks

  • £13.00 – £14.00 per hour
