Requirements  RequirementsProperty Litigationis a key part of this job, and this includes:Landlord and Tenant disputesSection 8 and Section 21 eviction noticesProvide expert legal counsel and representation to clients involved in disputes arising from residential and commercial lease agreements.This involves a combination of legal analysis, negotiation, and courtroom representation to safeguard the interests of landlords and tenants.Housing, tenancy, and long -leasehold issuesRecovery of debts including outstanding rental income·       Offering comprehensive legal advice and resolvingconflicts through litigation or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand the nature of their landlord and tenant disputes.Provide clear and actionable legal advice on rights, responsibilities, and potential legal remedies.Possession Claims – residential and commercial propertyRecovery of outstanding service chargesDraft and prepare legal documents such as eviction notices, lease terminations, and court pleadings.Inventory reviews and disputes over the condition of the propertyBreach of Covenant. Claims for disrepair.Legal / Beneficial OwnershipPreparation of paperwork for both County Court and High Court.Clients include corporate occupiers, commercial landlords, investors and developers, and residential clients from the UK and overseas.·      ​Candidate details2 -3 year PQE solicitor with property litigation background,specifically with experience of running a busy caseload of landlord and tenantresidential possession matters.   Benefits Excellent prospects and opportunities Great salary and benefits package
