Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Weymouth. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. No skilled worker should apply, students and dependants will get most priority. It is a full time job.

Duties

  • Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
  • Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and health standards to ensure a safe environment for all.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organised work area and adhere to time management practices to complete tasks effectively.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
