Role Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to support our operations team with essential administrative tasks. This role involves accurate data entry, basic SAP usage, and general office support. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day processes and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems and SAP

  • Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and documentation

  • Support with generating reports and basic data analysis

  • Assist with filing, scanning, and general administrative duties

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure data consistency

  • Provide occasional support for late shift operations when required

  • Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of information

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role

  • Basic working knowledge of SAP (training can be provided)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexible approach to working hours when late shift support is needed

Desirable:

  • Experience in a logistics or transport environment

  • Familiarity with document control or operational systems
