Job Description:

Temporary contract for December.

Must be willing to work Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.

Christmas Day is paid at Double Time.

As a Restaurant and Bar Team Member, you'll be a vital part of our guest experience. You'll greet customers, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help maintain a warm and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant is a key part of the business, promoting sustainability, well being and a luxury fine dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  • Accurately take orders, serve food and beverages.
  • Prepare and serve a range of drinks, from coffee to cocktails, following our recipes and standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of tables, the bar area, and overall restaurant space.
  • Work closely with the kitchen, bar staff, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Suggest additional items or upgrades to enhance guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.
  • Christmas Day is paid at Double Time.
  • Good time management, reliability and organisational skills.
  • Friendly and approachable with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain high standards during busy periods.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required.

Job Types: Temporary, Zero hours contract

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
