You will identify and verify core legal skills, areas of expertise, and key background information for each consultant, exercising judgement to supplement and improve profile information where AI-powered tools require human oversight. The role involves handling confidential information in accordance with data privacy and information security policies, and collaborating closely with the wider Talent team to address and resolve any data discrepancies or gaps.

Your experience

  • Recent law graduate
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive data appropriately
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret and organise complex information
  • Comfortable navigating digital platforms and learning new systems quickly (experience with Bullhorn, SharePoint, or similar systems is advantageous but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, collaborative, and proactive mindset

As part of our dynamic Talent team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the quality and effectiveness of our consultant data. Our team is dedicated to best-in-class talent operations and legal technology, supporting a diverse network of consultants. You will gain exposure to an innovative, technology-led environment where your work directly impacts business outcomes. The team is known for its supportive culture and collaborative approach, frequently recognised for its effective delivery and commitment to excellence in data governance. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, people-focused business, working alongside colleagues who value accuracy, innovation, and teamwork.

Linklaters engages with a third-party provider for the provision of contractor and temporary staff. Therefore, upon acceptance of a temporary role at Linklaters, you will be engaged under a contract for services through our preferred third-party provider. You will not be employed by Linklaters, or have any employment or worker relationship with Linklaters.

Linklaters is a global law firm, providing legal services in 20 countries and through 30 offices.

Our goal is to embed flexibility across our firm by giving everyone the opportunity to work in an agile way, whether as a regular pattern or on an    ad hoc basis, and we will be happy to discuss this further. We also recognise that women, especially, may hesitate to apply if they feel they may not meet every requirement listed despite being excited by the role.
