Responsibilities of the Year 3 Teacher:
- As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for the pastoral care and academic progress of your class, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to Year 3 pupils, focusing on each child's learning goals, building on their strengths, and supporting their areas for growth.
- Developing literacy and numeracy skills through well-structured and differentiated lessons as a Year 3 Teacher.
- Promoting social and emotional development, fostering confidence, teamwork, and a love of learning in your Year 3 classroom.
- Monitoring pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining communication with parents regarding their child's development as a Year 3 Teacher.
