We are looking for a Key Holder - BOH Specialist for a permanent position, full-time (40 hours/week) in our new Salomon Store in Westfield London (Shepherd's Bush).

Your role 

To perform this job successfully, you will: 

• Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drives sales 
• Accompany and advise customers in order to provide them with a high-level customer experience, propose complementary products (additional sales) 
• Be responsible for opening and closing the store
• Be confident at cash handling, including handling refunds/exchanges and completing start/end of day cash procedures
• Be proficient in Sales Techniques and the Digital Tools available in store in order to provide outstanding customer service 
• Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention and ensure that the stockroom is clean and well-organized 
• Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising and community marketing principles 
• Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture 

Additionally, you will:

• Process deliveries 
• Monitor inventory levels
• Organize stockroom

This position involves 100% presence on the sales floor.
