Marketing Executive

£28,000 - £33,000 (DOE)

The ASH Group is a family owned business. ASH Waste Services is the leading provider of waste management and resource solutions with bases across the North West, West Midlands & South West.

An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join our team at our headquarters on the Wrexham Industrial Estate.

Reporting in to the Group Marketing Manager, the Group Marketing Executive will be responsible for undertaking a range of marketing tasks to meet the business needs including:

  • Collaborate with the Group Marketing Manager to plan and execute all marketing activities
  • Manage and grow the social media presence across multiple channels, including paid media campaigns (experience is a plus)
  • Write and publish blog posts and articles for the website and social platforms
  • Design engaging marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and print assets (Canva or Illustrator skills appreciated)
  • Assist with website updates and improvements (WordPress knowledge is handy but not essential)
  • Keep an eye on market trends and monitor competitor activity to keep ahead of the curve

The successful candidate will have marketing and social media experience, a working knowledge of current trends and be able to respond to fast moving changes. They will have excellent communication (written and oral) and inter-personal skills. They will be able to work in a team and organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

The role is office based 08:30-5:00, Monday-Friday.
