Worthing Homes is a forward-looking housing association dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality homes and services to our local communities. We're a small yet dynamic organisation, managing 4,000 homes serving over 10,000 residents across our range of properties from social housing to sheltered accommodation to shared ownership properties.

As Head of People & Culture you'll lead our organisational development to keep our values-led, high-performance culture thriving across 130 team members. You will drive innovation in how we attract, develop, and retain talent, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions on engagement, performance, and culture.

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to align people strategies with organisational goals, enhancing our colleague experience and optimising performance. A key part of the role will be embedding continuous improvement in people processes, strengthening leadership capability, and cultivating a culture that reflects our values while supporting the organisation's long-term goals.

About You
We're seeking an experienced and confident senior leader who brings energy, curiosity and heart to everything they do.

With extensive expertise in organisational development, employee engagement, and talent management, you will have a proven track record in the design and implementation of initiatives that drive performance, engagement and wellbeing. Your strategic mindset will enable you to align our people strategy with business objectives, ensuring that our culture supports our social purpose and customer focus.

In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor, working closely with colleagues across all levels, therefore your ability to build strong, collaborative relationships and communicate with clarity and impact will be essential to your success. You'll champion diversity, equality, inclusion and equity, and lead change with confidence and compassion.
