Job Description

We are a healthcare provider that specialises in personalised care for people with brain injuries. We are looking for additional Support Workers in the Frimley area. If you are reliable, empathetic, patient and have good communication skills we want to hear from you.

We have shifts available Mondays and Tuesday from 7:45am to 8:45pm. The rate of pay starts from £9.37 per hour. We also pay for your mileage (to, from and during shift), as well as any personal protection equipment you may need.

We offer all our support workers a free enhanced DBS check, 25 days of paid annual holiday, and a pension scheme. You will have 24/7 contact with the office staff including managers and coordinators through our On-Call system, as well as regular supervisions and appraisals. We are a very receptive team with an open-door policy, and our aim is to ensure that you feel safe and happy doing your job. We will also provide you with extensive paid training, accredited Care Certificate, as well as specialist nurse led approach for clinical needs.We are also offering a £250.00 joining bonus for any successful applicants (terms and conditions apply).

About the Client

You will be supporting a lady who lives with her family in the area of Frimley. You will be helping her out with daily activities, supporting her and ensuring her safety whilst out in the community. Her recovery from the accident has been good but she still needs support with her rehabilitation so you will be assisting with her therapies on a daily basis. She is also very keen in undertaking new activities and developing new skills which you help with, as well as increasing her confidence to improve her social life.

The right candidate must be reliable and proactive to continue the existing support we provide our client and encourage her to keep up with her rehabilitation therapies. Due to her mobility restrictions, successful candidates must be able to drive.
