Exciting opportunities have arisen within the IT Digital Product Team as we are currently seeking talented individual to fill a permanent Productivity Tools Engineer IT role. We are looking for enthusiastic and driven candidates who are passionate about technology and have the skills and experience to excel in the following office based position:

Position Overview: As a Productivity Tools Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our clients' modern workplace environments. Your expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra, MSTeams, SharePoint and OneDrive, will drive successful digital transformations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy modern workplace solutions.
  • Optimise collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365 Entra and Teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Implement and maintain SharePoint sites and OneDrive for Business.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Productivity environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
