Site Manager

A global energy developer is preparing to deliver a 50MW Solar PV project near Exeter and requires an experienced Site Manager to support day-to-day delivery through the full construction phase.
This role will act as the client's on-site representative, coordinating EPC and ICP contractors and ensuring quality, progress and compliance are maintained from mobilisation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site activities and coordinate contractor interfaces
- Monitor progress against programme and report to the client's project team
- Ensure works are carried out safely and in accordance with contract specifications
- Provide site leadership during construction, testing and energisation
- Review method statements, RAMS, and ensure adherence to site procedures
Requirements:
- Proven Site Management experience delivering utility-scale Solar projects
- Experience working alongside EPC and ICP contractors
- Strong understanding of civil, mechanical and electrical sequencing on Solar builds
- Ability to lead on-site delivery independently with minimal supervision
