We are is an Ofsted-outstanding special school educating children and young people with severe and complex needs. The role
- Position: Learning Support Assistant
- Location: Dagenham
- Salary: £86–£95 per day (term-time roles available)
- Hours: Term-time; full- and part-time available
What you'll do
- Support pupils' learning, independence and personal care during lessons and social time.
- Create a positive, playful and engaging environment that promotes wellbeing and progress.
- Work alongside teachers and therapists to deliver personalised programmes.
- Manage challenging behaviours calmly and resiliently.
- Take part in ongoing training to grow your skills and qualifications.
