We are is an Ofsted-outstanding special school educating children and young people with severe and complex needs. The role

  • Position: Learning Support Assistant
  • Location: Dagenham
  • Salary: £86–£95 per day (term-time roles available)
  • Hours: Term-time; full- and part-time available

What you'll do

  • Support pupils' learning, independence and personal care during lessons and social time.
  • Create a positive, playful and engaging environment that promotes wellbeing and progress.
  • Work alongside teachers and therapists to deliver personalised programmes.
  • Manage challenging behaviours calmly and resiliently.
  • Take part in ongoing training to grow your skills and qualifications.
