Property Management Trainee – Letting Agency

We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Property Management Trainee to join our busy lettings team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop a career in property management and learn all aspects of looking after tenanted properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance issues and general property enquiries.
  • Log and prioritise repair requests, arranging quotes and coordinating contractors to ensure work is completed promptly.
  • Support the property managers with day-to-day administration and tenancy management.
  • Schedule and carry out property inspections, reporting findings and following up on any required actions.
  • Monitor ongoing maintenance, keeping landlords and tenants updated throughout the process.
  • Assist with handling emergencies and urgent repair situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records within the property management system and ensure all communication is well documented.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £18,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bedford MK41 7BJ
