Why we want you

From the Highlands to the heart of Edinburgh, our Partnerships Manager for Scotland will shape unforgettable experiences across every category - from adrenaline-fuelled adventures and cosy Highland escapes to whisky tastings, scenic tours, and one-of-a-kind cultural gems.

You'll own the Scottish region, managing and growing a diverse portfolio of partners that showcase the very best the country has to offer. Whether it's securing exclusive access to an iconic distillery, uncovering hidden-gem hotels, or finding the next big thrill among the Highland coos, you'll know how to turn opportunities into standout experiences.

With strong commercial instincts and a passion for partnership, you'll nurture existing relationships while driving new growth, ensuring our offering stays fresh, competitive, and truly reflective of Scotland's spirit.

If you're commercially minded, relationship-driven, and inspired by bringing incredible Scottish experiences to life, this role is for you.

This is a fully remote role looking after the Scotland region, so you'll need to be based in Scotland with a comfy home setup and a solid internet connection. That said, we do get together in person so travel to our office (Buckinghamshire, SL8 5YS) on a minimum monthly basis will be required (occasionally more if there are team or company events).

What you'll do:
  • Create and deliver the Product Growth Strategy for Scotland, driving geographic expansion to grow and diversify our experiences portfolio as a market-leading, differentiated proposition
  • Encourage and nurture an insatiable curiosity within the Partnerships team to continually innovate and remain market leaders
  • Source, manage, and optimise a competitive and innovative range of experiences to meet BIM objectives and support iGP and revenue targets
  • Provide outstanding service to partners and customers, securing exclusive, bespoke, and unique experiences that differentiate our range in the marketplace
  • Develop and manage key Scottish regions, including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, and surrounding areas, to achieve both collective and individual goals
  • Proactively manage strategic regional partners, with full commercial ownership of BIM, quality, service, and innovation, ensuring attractive, competitive products with strong margin and SKU growth
  • Collaborate with other Partnerships Managers and the Partner Ops team to share best practice and align on priorities
  • Use quantitative analysis, trends, market activity, and consumer insight to maintain a market-leading portfolio, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities or underperforming areas
  • Forge strategic partnerships with DMOs and other regional stakeholders to accelerate growth and access first-to-market experiences
  • Identify and secure new partnerships to enhance the portfolio, delivering compelling pitch presentations and tailored sales materials to meet campaign, channel, and margin requirements
  • Build annual plans with key partners, including new product launches and promotions, aligned with seasonal marketing activity
  • Work closely with Marketing and other stakeholders (CS, Sales) to ensure alignment, communication, and maximum merchandising opportunities
  • Research and source market-leading promotional offers to satisfy margin requirements for key clients and direct sales
