Purpose of the Role
To lead and motivate a team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality warehouse operations that meet customer and business needs. This role reports to the Shift Operations Manager.

ey Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and safety targets are achieved.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor attendance, and manage performance.
  • Train, support, and develop team members to maintain high operational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly, escalating where needed.
  • Communicate priorities and updates effectively to the team and management.
  • Promote a positive, proactive, and "can-do" attitude across the shift.

Requirements
Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role (warehouse or logistics).

Good delegation and communication skills.

Understanding of warehouse systems, stock control, and H&S compliance- desirable.

Forklift and IOSH/NEBOSH certification desirable.
