What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing a team of global roles within Sponsor Clinical Program Operations (CPO), including Associate Study Managers (ASMs), Senior Associate Study Managers (SASMs) and/or Global Trial Managers (GTMs). Reporting to the EMEA Regional Lead.

Your Profile:

Essential Criteria

• UK-based

Desirable Criteria

• Experience in performing a global study management role
• Experience in line-managing global management roles
• Functional Line Management experience
• Experience working in FSP environment
• 2-3 years People Leader experience

Knowledge

• Clinical Development process and procedures
• Working knowledge of International Conference on Harmonization (ICH), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable international and local regulations and guidelines as applicable
• Experience in anticipating and resolving problems
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Experience of project risk management assessment and mitigation approaches

• Proven ability to work independently and effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail

• Demonstrable flexibility and organizational skills
• Strong relationship management & influencing skills
• Time management & prioritization skills
• Training skills
• Demonstrable ability to work effectively cross-culturally and in a virtual environment
