- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Order parts and supplies as needed to facilitate timely repairs.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components is desirable.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams effectively.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment used in machinery repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ in Mechanical Engineering are preferred but not essential.
