Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency? We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Excellence Coordinator to join our team in Craigavon. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in enhancing business performance and supporting strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of operational excellence strategies.
  • Facilitate process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress and impact.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across departments.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
