The Role

We're hiring a Senior Research Consultant to help deliver high-impact competitor research and benchmarking projects across the digital landscape. You'll play a hands-on role in planning, conducting, and synthesising research. The role is ideal for someone confident with both user research and competitive analysis who's ready to take the next step in ownership and influence.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in research, product insight, UX, or related roles
  • Comfortable conducting qualitative research (e.g. interviews, walkthroughs)
  • Strong synthesis and communication skills – able to translate data into decisions
  • Some experience with structured benchmarking or evaluation frameworks
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with a bias for clarity and action
  • Experience in financial services or fintech preferred, but not essential
  • Conduct and analyse qualitative interviews, screen walkthroughs, and desktop reviews
  • Support benchmarking methodology development and evaluation scoring
  • Turn research data into actionable insights and clear client deliverables
  • Collaborate with senior researchers to refine frameworks and improve quality
  • Present findings to clients in a confident and structured manner
  • Support junior researchers and provide feedback where appropriate
