The Role:

As part of the Estates Reactive Maintenance team, working autonomously to provide a reactive and planned maintenance service for staff and students throughout all University buildings. To ensure that all works are carried out efficiently and are compliant with university procedures and statutory legislation. To participate in out of hours call out rota and late cover rota for carpentry issues.

This appointment is a fixed-term contract until 31 July 2026. For internal candidates it may be possible to apply for this role under the Secondment Policy .
