St. Vincents Consulting seeks an experienced
Technical Cutover Manager
with strong operational collaboration for an acute sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive cutover plans for Full Dress Rehearsal (FDR) and Go-Live.
  • Manage the sequence of activities during Go-Live, including system shutdowns, new EPR activation, system reconnection, and user log-on.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for "pipe cleaning," testing, FDR, and Go-Live support, ensuring their availability and sequenced activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with identified operational leads, integrating their input into the overall plan.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in technical cutover management, particularly with EPR (Electronic Patient Record) systems.
  • Prior experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager, specializing in technical elements leading up to a GoLive.
  • Extensive experience with EPR systems (Millennium preferred; Epic or Meditech acceptable).
  • Expertise in managing Go-Live sequences and Full-Dress Rehearsal (FDR) planning.
  • Experience with at least two or three cutovers in recent years, with a preference for at least one Millennium cutover.
